Online Food Delivery
Just saw this thing via Google Ads. Its a online food delivery site for Kuwait!. It is called ="6alabat.com" href="http://www.6alabat.com/index.asp">6alabat.com
You choose which area and will give you a list of food places that will deliver to you and its not the
crappy ones either. They got such names as Little Ceasers, Maki, Kababji and Casper!!
Just click on the restaurant and shows their menu. Really cool! I haven’t tried it yet but seems promi
sing.
Though it doesn’t seem different from just calling the place and making the ordering from the place di
rectly and using the site as a menu system. I think they would really suceed if they added more deilve
ry options from their side. Like movies, magazines and stuff like how Kozmo.com (RIP) used to be. There was nothing sweeter in life th
an come home at 1am and ordering ben and jerry icecream,a dvd, playboy and chewing gum and have it al
l delivered within 1 hour.

Who needs cosmo?
I just call up the shawarma place, then tell the guy to stop by the supermarket and pick stuff up for
me on his way here(ciggerates, milk, ice cream .. etc).

Seeing as I’ve only heard of two of the restaraunts listed for Mahboula, it does a rather good job of
driving home the point that I don’t get out nearly enough (or I just don’t eat out enough). ^_^
Pretty cool site, though.
K’s got a point, too. When I lived in a fraternity house, we’d call in a pizza order and give the guy
extra money if he’d stop and buy us beer on the way.
I didn’t know delivery guys are willing to do such things…. cool… Not to mention the site is cool
