At the veg market for work. This place is a mess of smells. Just wandering the stalls you get the sweet, sour, ripe & spoiled in one whiff.
This guy designed a family tree for controllers, has them all lined up and linked to each other based on his view of their evolution.
You know when you see them all lined up together controllers have changed much over the years. They are just plastic with buttons on the right and a d-pad on the left. My all time favorite is the Dreamcast it just was the best feeling and had that VMU feature that no other controller offered. The guy does forget the Jaguar controller with the number pad in the center. I never used it so can’t tell you how that felt, it looked huge.
So now that most of us have seen Star Wars it is time to go see it again, so we can check out all the easter eggs they put in it. Like the Millennium Falcon, and a kitchen sink!.
Yet if we are going to go see it again we better dress the part and what better than as Jedi Knights! with simple instructions to make the robe, hood and the inner tunic!
So, MadM you want to join me in dressing up as Jedi Knights and seeing the movie again?
At the Japan Exhibition in Dahiya & was shocked to see Yoshitomo Naras painting facing me then turning around to see other artists I recognize. It is a thrill to see them in Kuwait & should not be missed!
Yahoo has been impressing me more and more with their new searches and features lately, and here is another one:
Yahoo! Mindset
It will allow you to control the results you get between “shopping” and “researching” so you can differentiate between commercial sites and news sites. And you do this with just a simple bar that you move between “shopping” and researching” so you can get either extreme or something in between.
I think the new saying now to replace “Google it” is “check Yahoo”
I had some paper work at the socail security & it is the most pleasurable government expeirence in Kuwait. Quick, organized & looks good.
It really is a nice building & money well spent.

Nokai has just released info on their new Nokia 770, and it is not a phone! and doesn’t run Symbian but Linux!
The 770 is basicly a small tablet and to be used as an internet appliance. It will be equiped with bluetooth, WiFi and USB. The apps in it are a RSS news reader, an Internet radio, various media players, a PDF viewer, and Flash v6 compatibility. So something to just have while on the couch and watching tv.
Also since it is not Symbian it wil be based on Linux Debian called maemo there will be lots more extensions and I am sure hacks to it. Already there is talk of putting VoIP on it.
The only issue I see with it is it has 7 days standby time, and 3 hour of web browsing time. Other than than I think this could be an amazing killer app. Its small, functional, upgradeable (open source) and compact. Add the price tag of $350 I think this thing is going to be a steal when it comes out.
This is a pretty fascinating project. The guy has pictures of hands. Hands touching an object, Touching another hand or arm, The left and right hand, etc.
It is a huge collage of just hands.
