BoingBoing gave the link today to pimp my fahrrad, which is German for Pimp my Bicycle.
I saw the show when I was in Germany and its exactly like the Ride show, in terms of the meeting deciding what to do, and people taking on different tasks. Even a guy going like Xzibit bringing the bike to the garage and people making fun of it.
So I uploaded some pics I got from the show on Flickr to share. They put for this guy a mp3 player, and made his gear shifter out of lego, and added this horn type thing on the back wheel to make is sound like a motorbike.
This keyboard is what I want, a total remap of the keyboard on the fly! The keys are LCD display that can provide full color. Instead of the letters printed on the key, they are in the key! Like switching form English to Arabic keyboard on your OS will change the keys to become Arabic. Going to using your web browser, your keys will change to show you their shortcuts.
And what is better, it can be used as a great way to hide passwords from shoulder sniffers, since you can have each key change its place, so they sniffer won’t know what key you pressed.

Thought I lost sunglasses that I had since like ‘99. I know that should be in the record books somewhere but luckily found them in my bag. Was searching all over the place for them and people said they saw them, and I knew I had them but forgot what I did with them. I thought maybe they were in the water when I diving in, but was sure I took of my shirt and stuff.

Just watching CNN and they were talking about the bombers in the London attacks and mentioned on that was married, has an 8th month baby and a school teacher. Like wtf? This isn’t like those WW2 movies where the guy goes to fight for what is right and knows there is a chance he may not come back. This guy actually knew he wasn’t coming back, he was going for a suicide attack. It just doesn’t add up the thoughts that can make a father and husband to go do this.
Woke up early, so early that I commented on purg’s post first.
Today was tiring and it is still not done yet, work just took me everywhere and most of it outside the office and in the hot sun. I was in Khaitan, Shuwaik, Kuwait City. Driving around in my car like everywhere and one thing after another it was like the phone company had all my calls lined up so as soon as one was over another one took its place. Even when I stepped in the office for a few minutes followed me. Yet my day is still not done, I have some family obligations to attend to and after that I may just come home and watch some Blade Runner.
Ok kids, it looks like my blog is in good active order and ready to move to 2by4.org so update your links and stuff cause it is already active there. I rebuilt the blog from the ground up theme, templates, plugins, code, everything. Every little step I made sure it worked on IE (PC), Firefox and Omniweb to make sure it all works and there wasn’t going to be some weird error with the comments.
With the rage of podcast of late, Kuwait should start podcasting. It will be a great alternative to the boring radio shows (99.7) and give some real character to your drive with content made from Kuwait. If you are interested in getting your podcast out there.
