It’s not uncommon to see a seventy-year-old American in shorts, sneakers, t-shirt and base ball cap; this is unthinkable in Germany.
You won’t find a 70 year old Kuwaiti wearing shorts, sneakers, a T shirt, and a baseball cap either. When you are in the US, it doesn’t seem so strange, now it sounds funny as we try to picture some older person wearing these things.
