Desktop Cleaner mkdir ~/old.desktop cd ~/Desktop/ mv * ~/old.desktop/ Now my pbook desktop is all clean and shiny.
3baid actually it would be rm -rf I have directories in there as well and no need for the *.* a simple * will do. Need a picture? There is nothing on there, and my desktop changes every 30 minutes. Reply
Sure why not? Stallion wants to see one too. That way, we get to see the uncluttered version, without all the porn flicks and nekids pics of bloggers and so forth. ;-) Reply

rm ~/Desktop/*.*

We need to see pics! Last I saw of your desktop it was cluttered with STUFF!
