Survey Says: Family Feud!

I love gameshows. My whole reason for getting digital cable was for access to the Game Show Network. Like Mark and Pearls I loved Price is Right, it had everything a game show should have, risk, knowledge, experience, stamina, and skill. You couldn’t just go up there and guess numbers, or play those games without an idea of what is needed, but Bob Parker would always give you a quick run down of the rules in that smooth velvety voice of his.

Though as enjoyable that show was. My favorite is Family Feud. I loved watching that game, especially 70s version with the host of Richard Dawson the guy was a pimp. The guy would make out with the contestants wives and daughters infront of the men and the women would just give themselves to him and the men just stood by and watched with a smile.

I think Family Feud would be a great show that gets Arabized. You can have so many families go at it and really bring out some cool culture relations with their surveys.

  1. the arabized version of Family Feud used to run on the now closed MTV station (mtv.com.lb). It was called “Men kell mayle 3ayle”. rough translation meaning from every side a family..
