I got a reply from the Yahoo Splash Prize post I mentioned earlier.
Here are the two emails that I recieved:

As you can see they look totally crap, I know how Yahoo! designs their stuff and do it on a much higher standard than that. Another thing was the images located in both emails were not all hosted from Yahoo.com they were from random sites and just embeded the image. If this was really from Yahoo! they would make sure everything was hosted on Yahoo! servers.
So what is the scam? Well from what I can tell they want you to notarize via Verisign and then give “Right of Attorney concession” to them.
Looks like you sign an empty peice of paper and let them do what ever they want with you identity.

When I visit a coffee shop or a public place with my pbook I make a effort to have my back against the wall so that no one can come behind and shoulder surf. It just feels akward and just an invasion of privacy.
So if you have this issue too and use Windows then I suggest this program: TunnelVision. It is a free program made by the same guy who did WinAmp. It blacks out your whole screen and only the area where your mouse is becomes visible, thus blocking most of the screen and any place where you eyes aren’t.
You can can control the size and shape of the visible area, as well as the color of the black out, or even make it an image.
This is a really handy program think I will even use it at work when I have people over.
Now I need to see if there is one for MacOSX one.
