Blogging Will Not Change the World

This is just a little rant want to get off my chest:

Blogging is not going to change the world, it won’t stop world hunger, it will not end wars, it will not end poverty.

It is the person behind the blog that will do it.

  4. Blogging gives out information. People need information to make a change. Therefore, blogging is capable of changing something - not necessarily the world, but something.

  5. Blogging encourages people to write and speak their minds, and that is a big step towards enforcing freedom of expression all over the world.
So yes, blogging can change the world, and it already is doing so.

  6. Blogging, writing, speaking, reading it is all the same thing. It is all a form of expression, but at the end someone has to say it, and hear it.

Start talking about the person behind the blog, not the blog. It is like your complimenting the knife, but not the chef for the meal.
