Tata Jaguar

The British auto industry looks to lose another one of their British brands. It seems that Aston Martin to Kuwaitis, Lotus to Malaysians and now Jaguar.

Is there any British car company still owned by Brits? The only one I can think of is Noble.

  4. Wait are you complaining about the prospect of having an 8 hour work day? Haha welcome to the real world, in the US this is the norm.

  5. Tom, You missunderstood Fred’s comment. He said that as a positive thing (giving 8 hour work days in 1908 is quite progressive, not even the US had this till much later where 12 hours was the norm). I think the “brown hope” remark is uncalled for.
