What is that dome shaped structure…I am going to be on the look out for this…..Is this photo near a construction site?

I don’t want to be a smartass :o) but I was under the impression that the Kuwait towers were finished in 1979. So this picture might be a bit older than 1975.

That’s an amazing picture. If you find out where that was taken, I too would be interested to know how much Kuwait has changed in 25 years. I’m pretty curious about those dome structures as well.
That’s sad. Our sea is has basically drowned under buildings..
